Feedback and UAT for custom business apps

Leave a note where you found it

Let your client's staff or your own operators report a problem on the page. Tuix keeps the element, screenshot, errors and release together. When you ship the fix, the reporter checks the result.

Made in Europe: every service that stores or processes customer data is run by a European company, in the EU.

14 days free, no card. Then from €29 a month. Prices for businesses, excluding VAT.

How one note travels, in 53 seconds. With sound; the captions are in the picture.
Read the film as text

53 seconds with music and interface sounds, no speech. Captions are part of the picture; they are quoted here.

  1. 0:00, the usual way. Messages pile up from Monday to Wednesday. Maya, the client: “The button doesn’t work.” Kasia, the designer: “Which button?” Maya: “The one on the visit page. Here’s a photo.” Tomek, the developer: “It works for me. Which browser are you on?” Caption: “Everyone sees something different.”
  2. 0:09, tuix. The right spot on the page lights up and the clock goes back to Monday, 09:12. Caption: “Leave a note where you found it.”
  3. 0:15, leaving a note. On the Birch Studio visit page, Maya points at the Book a visit button and writes “Book a visit does nothing when I click it.” A screenshot with the button outlined, the page, her browser and screen, and one console error go with it. Captions: “Point at it.” “Say what you noticed.” “A screenshot and the details go with it.”
  4. 0:26, the same view. The note arrives in the team’s inbox in tuix with the same screenshot, the button and the error “TypeError: calendar is undefined”. Caption: “They see exactly what you saw.”
  5. 0:34, the answer. At 09:31 Tomek replies: “Found it. Fixed on staging, could you check?” On Maya’s page the pin turns gold, then ready to check. Caption: “The answer comes back to the same spot.”
  6. 0:39, settled. At 09:47 Maya checks the button and presses Works; the note settles on both sides. Caption: “Minutes, not days.”
  7. 0:45, end card. “Everyone sees the same thing. Feedback pinned to the element.” Start free trial, tuix.app. For web apps, WordPress and Shopify.

Who it's for

Between the people who use the app and the people who build it

Software houses and in-house teams

No more calls to find out which screen

Your client's staff or your own operators point at the problem and write one sentence. Your developers get what they need to fix it, without a call, an Excel list or a chase on Slack.

  • Reproducible from the first message

Element, page, browser, release, console errors and failed requests. Never bodies or form values.

  • Client staff never take a seat

Their identity comes from your app. No account, no training.

  • Fixed, then confirmed

Mark it fixed. The person who reported it checks it on the same spot.

  • Data stays in the EU

Every subprocessor is a European company. Give your client's IT the DPA and subprocessors.

app.js
tuix('init', { project: 'pk_live_…', release: '2026.09.17-4f2a' });
tuix('identify', {
  id: user.id,
  name: user.name,
  email: user.email,
hash: user.tuixHash // HMAC-SHA256, signed on your server
});

Add it with a script tag (with SRI) or from npm.

Ola, on the client's accounts team, reports a broken save on UAT with the error attached. Tomek fixes it and Ola confirms it works.

Solo developers

Your client points at it, you fix it

Clients leave notes on the site you are building, without an account or a seat.

  • Clients join free

People who leave notes never take a seat or need a password.

  • One project per client

Solo covers ten active client sites. Archive the finished ones.

  • Everything attached

The element, a screenshot, the browser and console errors.

  • Your AI can read it

Your coding agent reads the full report.

On the Solo plan, €29 a month. See plans

Anna uses her existing site identity.

Anna, the client, notes an old phone number on the staging site. Kuba changes it and Anna confirms.

WordPress agencies

Say it on the page, not in an email

Editors point at a photo or heading on the live site. The answer comes back beside it.

  • Your WordPress login

Signed on your server. No new passwords.

  • Visitors never see it

Only signed-in roles you choose. Cached pages never contain it.

  • No cropped screenshots

The note arrives with what you saw and where.

  • Installs like any plugin

Upload the zip, add your keys, press Check connection.

Questions

Before you ask

Do our client's customers see tuix?

No. The button shows only for people your app identifies to tuix: your team, your client's staff or your own operators.

Do people leaving notes need an account?

No separate Tuix signup is needed to report. Your app supplies their identity; WordPress reporters must sign in with a selected role that can edit posts. Reporting is not anonymous, and client reviewers do not take paid team seats.

Will it slow my site down?

The small loader defers the reporting runtime until interaction. Test the capture workflow on your own pages and devices.

What happens to a note after a redesign?

Each pin stores six ways to find its element. If the element is gone, the pin says so.

Can we keep something out of screenshots?

Yes. Add data-tuix-mask to blank an element, or remove the screenshot before sending.

Can our client's IT review it?

Yes. Send them the data processing agreement, the subprocessors and what leaves the page. Every service that stores or processes customer data is run by a European company, in the EU. You can run tuix on the acceptance environment only, for signed-in staff.

Does it connect to Linear?

Yes. A project admin can copy a report into Linear, with its screenshot and diagnostics. The fix check stays in tuix; there is no two-way sync.

What does it cost?

For businesses: Solo €29, Team €79, Agency €119 a month, excluding VAT, after 14 days free. Free (developer) costs nothing, for local development. See pricing.
