Your team does. 1. Invite someone 0:08Enter an email address and pick a role. 0:11Users answer and fix reports. Admins also manage people and settings. A project has up to three admins. 0:19Send invitation. They get a sign-in link by email. 2. People from your app 0:25People your app identifies with a signed email join the project as users when they report. 0:32They can open tuix from the widget, already signed in. Allowed email domains can limit who joins. 0:38Make admin, or Remove, from the same list. 3. Mentions 0:44Type @ in a reply to bring someone in: a teammate or a person from your app. 0:49They get a short email and join the thread. 4. Email updates 0:56Each person picks how often tuix emails them, in the sidebar. 1:00Immediately, every 15 minutes, every hour, twice a day or daily. 1:04Every 15 minutes is the default.
